Joseph Oppedisano, L.Ac.“I work closely with patients to develop acupuncture treatments that are specific for them. Most importantly I offer my patients someone who listens and works hard to ensure they regain the health they deserve.”

My acupuncture practice is designed to help my patients achieve and maintain their health through acupuncture, nutritional advice, and other related therapies. My emphasis is on treating musculoskeletal pain, mood disorders (including effects on sleep, energy, and diet), gastrointestinal problems, cancer patients, and allergies with acupuncture. However, I regularly work with all aspects of health.
I believe strongly in the collaborative process of healing. This is often most effectively achieved when multiple forms of treatments work in concert with acupuncture. I encourage my patients to work with other practitioners so that the most effective healthcare plan can be coordinated. But I also work with patients who just want to see what acupuncture can do for them.
My Masters level training in acupuncture and Asian Medicine includes more than 2300 hours of instruction in eastern and western sciences as well as more than 900 hours of direct patient care.
I have successfully worked with patients experiencing a wide variety of health concerns including, but not limited to, fertility, musculoskeletal and other pain-related issues, migraines, arthritis, depression and mood disorders, fibromyalgia, cancer and even preventive care.
